There are 1440 minutes in each day.
How many of them do you spend on you?
10? 20? None?
What if you gave yourself 60 minutes a day? Or even 30?
What difference might that make in your life?

Thanks for this, it really puts things into perspective! How rediculous that it is so easy to not take a half hour to an hour a day for yourself! Thanks Bonnie!
Comment by Fia — January 26, 2010 @ 3:09 pmQuite – I know my days go way better when I take time first thing for ME – morning pages, meditation, pondering! There is no comparison. And yet I forget sometimes and wonder why things aren’t feeling so good! Great reminder Bonnie.
Comment by Vicky — January 26, 2010 @ 5:57 pmYou’re welcome, Fia. I’ve not been giving myself enough moments this month so this was a good reminder for me, too
Comment by Bonnie — January 27, 2010 @ 7:58 pmHi, Vicky! This month I’ve had an all-too-vivid reminder of what happens when I don’t take time for myself. Not a pretty sight!
Glad this post was a good reminder for you.
