If you have a wonderful significant other/life partner,  I hope you savor and appreciate that special joy and love.

If not, I know Valentine’s can be a difficult day.  Be kind and loving to yourself.

Whatever your circumstances, may you give and receive love today and every day.

Happy Valentine’s Day to you, as well, Bonnie!
I continue to love your web-site and you – how blessed to “find” you and have you accompany me into my sixties!
Right now I am halfway to 61 and intending to be more embracing of this new decade, but my mother’s death in August ( I was 60 in June ) detoured my emotional road map and I still don’t feel as directed on my new journey as I was looking forward to being by now….but all of life has detours and we never know when we will encounter them, right?
Reading your many articles has been a big inspiration for me – so today may I simply say thank you and I hope you are sharing this Valentine day with someone you love – including yourself!

How sweet of you, Chriss! I’m so glad you’ve found my website helpful and am touched by what you have written to me. Thank you!

My condolences on the death of your mother. I think no matter how old we are when our parents die, it has a profound impact on us. I hope you are being kind and gentle with yourself during this time.
