How do I make the next years some of my best years?
Of all the things I think about doing, what will be the most satisfying and the most meaningful for me?
How can I best focus on what truly matters; what is important to me that I want to accomplish?
What contributions do I want to make in the time remaining?
What have I always wanted to do that I have not yet done?
How can I create more joy, passion, and meaning in each day?
If you’re asking yourself questions like these, you are not alone and I can help.
You can create a life you love and make the years ahead some of your very best ones — no matter what your age!
I know it’s possible because I’ve walked this path myself and I’ve helped many other women do the same.
I had many questions about what was meaningful and important to me and how I could contribute. In my searching, I discovered a unique set of tools and skills that helped me answer these questions. They also helped me create more clarity, energy, passion, and joy in each day.
As a professional life coach for nearly 10 years I’ve been guiding, teaching, and coaching women to use these tools and skills to discover their own answers and to create lives that are not only meaningful to them but joyful as well.
I can help you do the same. I will personally guide, teach, coach, and mentor you and you will discover how to create more energy, clarity, direction, meaning, and joy in your life. You will become very clear about what’s important to you, what matters most, and how you want to contribute. You will use everything you learn to create a life of joy and meaning.
What My Clients Are Saying:
I Found My Passion and Purpose
Working with you has completely changed my life.
I was on a downward spiral, feeling powerless, uninspired, and negative. I just didn’t know where to go with my life. I’d lost sight of my dreams. There was no reason for me to get up in the morning. The stress impacted my health and led to problems in my relationship.
Working with you got me thinking, helped me see what I’d been putting on the back burner, and got me excited. You’re so good at catching what lights me up and mirroring that back to me. Plus your strategies for quieting my Monkey Mind are so helpful.
Having been a ‘wanderer’ for many years, I finally have found my life’s mission and purpose.
I will continue to use your expertise and creativity every step of the way. I can neither recommend you nor thank you enough.”

I Discovered What I Loved to Do
“Bonnie, you certainly changed the pathway of my life.
When my daughter referred me to you I was completely doubtful you could help me see what I wanted to do in life. After our work together (which didn’t seem like work at all) I was happily surprised and delighted that it was actually true.
When we first met, I liked the warm way I was greeted by you, the soothing atmosphere, and the non-judgmental way you talked with me.
Talking with you helped me gain insight into my life, drew out thoughts and ideas I didn’t even realize I had, and clarified what I love to do. I was able to reassess my goals. I wasn’t even looking to change careers but you helped me see where I could truly be happier in my life.
Seven months later I had the courage to retire from the job I had had for 24 years and start my own business doing something that really lights me up. My organizing business is flourishing and growing. Life has become sweeter. Thank you for helping me to be successful and happy in my endeavors!”

What You’ll Get
During the four months of the Loving Your Sixties program, you’ll get eight phone calls with me.
Two of these calls will be about 1½ hours long, giving us time to uncover what you truly want, identifying what brings you vitality, meaning and joy. The rest of the calls will be about an hour long and focused on the tools, guidance and support you need to stay on track towards what matters most to you.
(I say “about” for the length of these calls because I don’t work by the clock. I spend the time that is needed to help you move forward.)
You’ll also have unlimited email access to me.
Plus a webcam option: We can use Skype/webcam for our phone calls, which I highly recommend. Being able to see you increases my ability to provide even more feedback for you about what “lights you up:” what energizes and enlivens you, what you truly want, what you’re passionate about. More of this kind of feedback is good news for you! Skype/webcam isn’t required, just a valuable option available to you for no additional charge.
Are you ready to create a life you love?
If so, send me an email to start the conversation. Tell me you’re interested in or curious about personal coaching with me. Ask me any questions you have.
Then, if you want to take the next step, we can schedule a complimentary “get acquainted” call to further explore what’s going on in your life and what I can offer to help you reach your goals. This will give us both an opportunity to make sure that one-on-one coaching together is a good fit for you.

The Little Things Made All the Difference
For a year or two I had been feeling really stuck in my life, not knowing where to go or what to do. I felt weighted down, bored, and unhappy. I knew I had so much to be grateful for and I was grateful – but something huge was missing.
From our first meeting I felt comfortable and connected with you. You’re warm, non-judgmental, and never pressured me (which worked for me as I pressure myself enough!). You allowed me the space to get in touch with who I am and to find out what matters to me. You helped me see it really is okay to take care of myself.
At first the things you were saying sounded so simple. ‘Here’s what lights you up; here’s what you love.’ I thought what we were doing was fun but wondered where the change was going to come from. It turned out that was exactly what was missing from my life.
I started doing the little things that light me up. Reading a book. Taking a bath. Buying flowers. Taking a walk. Having lunch with friends.
I had thought I needed a big shift in my life and that I’d have to work really hard to make that happen. It turned out doing little things that light me up made a huge difference and it wasn’t hard at all! Do what you love and you’ll be happier. It’s so simple. And it works!
Now, I’m so happy that I’m exuberant, giddy even. I’m excited about my days and enjoying life. Someone in my office told me the other day, ‘You look really happy.’ I said, ‘I am – I’m lit up!’

What if you don’t take action?
I read about a woman who retired and then spent 13 years trying to figure out what to do next.
She was out of touch with her inner GPS and didn’t know what she really wanted. So she tried doing many, many things. What she thought she should do. What other people wanted her to do. What wasn’t her. All in hopes she’d find her way to a life she loved.
13 years of getting unhappier and unhappier until she became suicidal.
When I read this my heart nearly broke.
It doesn’t have to take that long or be that painful.
Will it take some time and effort on your part? Of course.
Could there be bumps along the way? Yes.
Is it possible for you to discover what you want and to create a life filled with joy, energy, passion, and meaning? Yes! Yes! Yes!
Please don’t struggle the way this woman did.
I know from personal experience how wonderful it feels to be brimming with energy, joy, passion, and meaning. I hope you’ll choose to let me help you create a life for yourself that you love.
P.S. I only work with a limited number of personal coaching clients at any given time so I have plenty of attention, focus, and energy to dedicate to each one. If you’re interested in Loving Your Sixties, email me now to set up your complimentary “get acquainted” phone appointment.
P.P.S. If you’re not sure about this program but you’re wondering if it might be for you, go ahead and send me an email. Tell me what’s going on with you. Ask me questions. We can start our conversation this way.
