There are 1440 minutes in each day.

10? 20? None?
What if you gave yourself 60 minutes a day? Or even 30?
What difference might that make in your life?

Thanks for this, it really puts things into perspective! How rediculous that it is so easy to not take a half hour to an hour a day for yourself! Thanks Bonnie!
Quite – I know my days go way better when I take time first thing for ME – morning pages, meditation, pondering! There is no comparison. And yet I forget sometimes and wonder why things aren’t feeling so good! Great reminder Bonnie.
You’re welcome, Fia. I’ve not been giving myself enough moments this month so this was a good reminder for me, too

Glad this post was a good reminder for you.
